The haunting tunes from Within Temptation's 'Frozen' floated out from the headphones that Tyler was wearing at the moment. His eyes were fixated on the lap top screen in front of him, fingers clicking at the keys quickly. He was attempting to finish a paper for one of his classes. Trying to do this at home was a bit too much, there were too many distractions at the house for him. His parents being one of them. So he packed his laptop snd came here. At least it was somewhat quieter and relaxed here, than there.
I would stop running...If I knew there was a chance...It tears me apart to sacrifice it all...but I'm forced to let go...
A pepperoni pizza sat off to the side, a few pieces missing already. He idly reached for another slice, taking a bite then setting it down again, going back to work, humming along with the tune playing in his ears. He worked for a while longer, before letting out a sigh of relief as the save button was hit. He leaned back in the seat and shut his eyes. No more staring at the screen like a zombie anymore. At least not for a while. His eyes scanned the area for any familiar faces and upon finding none, he went back to the music that has kept him company.
