Has your Coven/Covenant been established in the listing?: Yes if you have filled out the info in the other sub board, and No if you haven't. If you are not going to be part of a Coven/Covenant you may leave this as No.
What is the name of your Coven/Covenant?: Simple enough, but if you do have a name for your Coven/Covenant We do ask that you fill out the information in the approiate place, even if you are a lone witch.
Why do you want to play a witch for your character?:
There is no right or wrong here. We would just like to know why.

Before I even get an application with this I'm going to state it now...Missy's eyes went black and her book flipped open to the page that she needed.
This isn't going to fly for a few reasons. Secrecy is what has kept the witches safe this long, so don't use out in the open. Also using on something as trivial as opening a book? Your character will be dead as soon as they ascend. Remember the rules!
