Background/History: At the tender age of six Leo bore witness to a witch using, he had thought the man was a magician and didn't put much stock in it, shuffling it to the back of his mind for his subconscious to ponder over the years. After attending university and graduating near the top of his class he came to the States. After a few jobs as a guidance counselor, he decided that it would be better for him to try his hand at being a principal. He met his wife Jane at his first school where he was principal. She made bells ring for him with her angelic smile and chestnut curls. His habitual shyness around members of the opposite sex made it very hard for him to say much past hello to her. With a little help from a associate, (he was set up) he got to meet Jane outside of school. They were married six months latter in a quaint little chapel with only about twenty people in attendance.
The years went on and they had a son by the name of Bradley and three years later came Anna. His children are his life and he would do anything for them. With Provost Higgins needing to step down at Spenser, the entire Rosencrantz family moved to Ipswich. The moved caused a huge rift between the city girl Jane and Leo who found the small town charming. Three months into his new position he received divorce papers from his estranged wife Jane. Wanting for her happiness he signed the papers and his marriage was dissolved. Now he keeps himself buried in his work and his children (who also attend the Academy).

As the last rays of the sun's light shown into his office Leo closed the file that he had been working on. Setting his pencil down he sighed. The nights were getting shorter and the days longer, but he didn't have much of an understanding of time. His children would remind him when he would wake them on Saturday mornings now and then that it was the weekend. He pulled his glasses from his face and set them on the desk. He rubbed his temple and then looked at a picture of his children and smiled. They with the children and young adults of Spenser were his only reason of being now. Jane's latest letter to the children stated that she was off in Guam for some reason. She had changed so much in such a relativity short amount of time it baffled him. He swung his chair around so that he could look out the window. Ipswich was such a peaceful place, how could one not be happy here? He sighed and watched a few students walk along the path near his office.
About ten minutes had passed and he knew that he needed to attend to his own children. He straightened his desk and then collected his things. Like every night he was the last staff member to leave, not like he ever truly left. He lived on campus, but it was far enough that it seemed like he wasn't. He stood and rolled his chair to its place. He slowly made his way to the door, which he locked behind him and closed. He made his way down the hall; it was eerie how quiet it was in this building when the staff was gone. He lightly chuckled to himself as he kept walking. Making his way out the administrative office doors, he shut it behind him and checked to make sure it was locked. With a nod he turned and walked on down the path that went past his cottage. He smiled, nodded and waved to the students that he saw along his way. He kicked a ball back into play with the cheering of those watching, not an easy feet to do in wingtips. He found himself smiling a bit more as he walked on and was humming a happy tune when he could see his little house coming closer. It looked so cheery with the light from the kitchen pouring out onto the twilight cover shrubs that were near the windows.
His steps quickened so that he could spend a bit more time with his children before they were off to bed. As he swung open the door, the aroma of roast beef and mashed potatoes instantly made his stomach growl. He shut the door behind him as he sniffed the air. He stepped into the kitchen with a smile, seeing his son and daughter both at the table doing their homework and Ms. Smith at the stove tending the dinner. "Smells delightful Ms. Smith! I couldn't imagine coming home to anything but the smell of a wonderfully prepared dinner. You are a saint." He said to her as he set his things down out of the way and went to spend time with his children. "Now who needs help with their math?" He grinned as he sat down at the table and looked over their work.
