The Ipswich Covenant has been kept secret and isolated for hundreds of years; but the Ipswich Covenant is not the only covenant of witches. There are covenants of witches all around the world, each keeping secret and hidden away from the mortal world. There is some communication between covenants (or covens, as they are often called), and there is even some intermarriage between the covens, but for the most part they've kept separate to avoid exposure.
Until now.
The Catholic Church has despised and detested witches for all time, believing witches to be the work of the devil. They are a race that must be destroyed. With the inauguration of the new Pope, old knowledge about the various covens around the world has been newly discovered. Texts on the subject had been hidden away in the Vatican library, forgotten by generations of Popes. Now it has been rediscovered, and a modern crusade against witchcraft has been instated, threatening the very existence of witches. And, what may be worse, they are all at risk for exposure.
So, what is the fate of the covenants of witches around the world?

I've been meaning to have this done for ages... I really should get that on a tee shirt for myself, moving on. There is a new Bio Template, it's simpler than the last, in a few ways. Take a look and please switch over your old Bios to this layout. It shouldn't take long, besides it gives us veterans a chance to update our outdated current ones. I've switched over and found that I still need to do a some fixing of mine, lol.

Info for Templars and Nosy Non-Templars « Result #9 on Sept 19, 2009, 10:19pm »
During the Crusades, the Knights Templar were organized to protect European pilgrims who were making their way towards Jerusalem. While they were disbanded hundreds of years again, the new Pope has brought back the old Knights Templar to "protect" Christianity yet again. Now they are on a Crusade against witches in a witch-hunt like never before.
During the Crusades, in order to separate themselves from the rest of the knights the Templars began wearing a red cross on their shoulders:
While the Templar Knights during the Crusades wore all white with the red cross, to be discrete, the Knights Templar of today have the red cross on white gloves that they must keep with them at all times, whether or not they are wearing them.
This is what happens when I have too much time on my hands... I Google things at random, lol.
Quite informative, there is a few mention of witches, witchcraft, etc., but good for a history lesson on our red crossed members.
I found as I read further into the Templars of today (on an actual Templars site that I'm not going to list for the fact that it's slightly for recruiting) for some reason I found them creepy. They don't go out and harm people, but they're just eerie to me.
By all means please add to this list if you wish to! Just remember this if for information, any questionable material will be removed!

The Grand Master - NPC (Admin) The Grand Master is the supreme authority of the Templar Order and answered to none save the Pope. Once elected to the office, the Grand Master serves for the remainder of his life. In several cases that lifetime was cut short. Several Grand Masters were killed in battle, showing that the position is far more than an administrative one.
In addition to overseeing military operations, the Grand Master was also responsible for the business dealings of the Order.
Seneschal - NPC (for now) The Seneschal is the right hand person to the Grand Master and in modern terms would be similar to a vice president of a corporation. The Seneschal also acts as a consigliore or advisor to the Grand Master and looked after a great deal of the administrative duties.
Marshal (1/1) The Marshal of the Order is the Templar in charge of war and anything that was related to it. In this sense the Marshal could be viewed as the second most important member of the Order after the Grand Master.
Under Marshal (4/4) The Under Marshal is in charge of the Knights and training Sergeants. Usually in charge of larger missions, but also does a lot of solo work. Minimal age for an Under Marshal is twenty (There is one exception to this rule and this person already knows who they are).
Knights and Sergeants The bulk of the Templar's military might was comprised of Knights and Sergeants. Although both classes of Templars were as likely to die in battle, the Knight had a higher ranking within the Order.
Knights are fully trained for missions and have taken their vows, which include chastity and obedience. Other vows are included (A Knight is to always have his/her weapon at the ready. A Knight is to be a fearless warrior who never cowers in the face of danger. A Knight is never to be accounted late when engaging a fellow Knight. A Knight promised that upon his/her return from any quest or adventure, he/she is to provide a detailed account of their activity whether good or bad.) but the first two listed are the most important vows a Knight has. Each Knight was permitted one Squire. The minimal age for a Knight is 18, there can be exceptions.
Sergeants have not taken their vows to the Order and are consider Knights in training. Sergeants are usually no younger than 13.
Squires The lowest ranking that we are having. Not so much a slave as a servant to the different ranks, Squires have taken no vows and usually owe a debt to the order and or the church.

For centuries humans ruled the Earth, threatening to exterminate species different than themselves. Vampires, lycanthropes, elementals and other creatures were forced to live in hiding among them. Though these races were powerful apart, alone they could not overthrow the humans that vastly outnumbered them.
Then the time came when they would submit no more. No more hiding what they were, no more human rule. The species joined together, waging war on the humans who controlled them. Eventually they gained freedom, but that was no longer enough, the groups wanted power. A treaty was signed, separating up the land into territories. All of the remaining humans were made slaves and divided up among the different groups.
The peace did not last long. Soon the different species began fighting between themselves, fighting for power and wealth. The brothership that had formed between them was broken. Slaves were stolen from certain areas and traded. As the feuds continued, slaves from all species began to appear, sometimes owned by their own kind.
Now the constant fighting has stopped, leaving the world divided and tense. There are still prejudices and bigotry between the various groups each blamming the other for past wrongs. The slavery that sprung from the wars did not end. Those who are born or sold into it are trapped; forced to serve those who own them.

Welcome to Melody Lake Prep, Melody Lake, Minnesota. A brand new, high class high school, Melody Lake Prep has already gotten a reputation for being one of the best boarding schools in the world. With various celebrity teens going to school here, it's luxurious and specializes in the Arts. Of course, it has some of the best sports teams in the country as well.
But what goes on behind the fancy brochures and shiny awards? Lies, backstabbing, cheating, a ton of drama, and more. The Cliques are constantly at war with their opposites, and the Alphas rule over them all in true, classic style. They're rich, beautiful, nasty, and ruthless, and will stop at nothing to achieve their ideal definition of the 'perfect' status quo. Of course, there's quite a few people against this, throwing a wrench into their plans. Needless to say, the Alphas are going to have a hell of a time getting them into line.
However, it is high school. There's plenty to do here, you can even go into town and do things there. There's also various events, clubs, sports, and other things that you can participate in. Just make sure you get to class on time. Otherwise, the food is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and everything is state-of-the-art and brand new.
Today is the beginning of the rest of your life. So, what are you waiting for?

A sudden, rather urgent so-called message reached Falco before dawn and off he go to New York City with Chase Collins to assist a failing mission in Mexico... or so he was told before some senior Knights came to the scene. Seized him, and brought him back to the Vatican City. The only person he called on the way to the airport was Pogue, since he didn't want Sarah to find out that he was still in the Order.
Falco was taken to Italy, to one of the monasteries there to help the nuns and monks serving the pilgrims that stayed there. The Templars cut off his communication to the outside world, saying that if they found out him trying to contact Sarah or anyone outside the Orders it means death for both of them. He was also given a new identity to be used while he was working there to make sure no one ever heard of him anymore.
So the Prince met again with the Princess after being kidnapped to Rome. With the help from His Holiness the Pope for returning his cell phone, Falco managed to call Sarah and realized that they were both in Heathrow--him on a mission to escort the Pope given by the Order while hers... her mission was to find him. They found each other, first separated by thin glass wall before finally able to touch each other in flesh as they embracing each other. Sadly the happy time didn't last for long since a mysterious message reached Falco's cell, showing of how his dear fiancée behaved when he was away. They got themselves into a little not-so-nice chat... and there came the gunshots. Worried of the Pope's well being Falco left Sarah's side into the mass hysteria, finding himself at the other side of the human flood, separated once again from his love. Deciding he will return later to check if she was being alright, he left the scene to the Papal Plane and the plane departed right away back to Vatican.
Finally annoyed by how close Falco was with Sarah and even befriend Pogue Parry (something Chase himself failed to do) the Fifth decided to get rid him once and for all. Though he planned the whole thing to brought Falco back to Rome, he secretly regretted his sudden decision; with him being brought back to the Headquarters, Chase realized that he had just lost a potential power source.
It seems that nothing could save Mr. Collins from eternal damnation of boredom this time; except the Camp everything seemed to be normal in Ipswich. Well, as normal as it could be in a small town full of Witches, at least. And there was no one to mess with, no Caleb or Pogue or Sarah or even Kate... He just preparing himself for university while in the same time trying to stay as far as possible from any Templars--it seemed the Papal Ring he wore already lost its charm. He still waited for his fiancée to return, though the hope was getting thinner each day passed.
After his love being turned down by his first love--Sabrina Matthews--Raphael returned to Ipswich to find the one he believed as the love of his life. Though he wasn't sure if Jonathan, who he left months ago in fear of being caught together with an enemy, will ever forgive him; He met him again while shopping for a suit to be wear to Spenser's Senior Dinner, not knowing though he will attend the dinner, he will never see his step-brother there.
Believing he had found the woman of his dream, Raphe took her to London to meet his parent. The two shared kisses and heated, passionate love making, and something even more than just those two things, but none realized it yet. They had some serious fun there in London, even they also had their first fight, but the moment they stepped into the Friell Estate, things seemed to change; the Frazier's definitely didn't like the young girl and they showed it bluntly.
There are many things in Sarah's life that's happened over the past few months that she and maybe two other people know about.
After spending the better part of the month of June in Europe; she returned to Boston alone and only stayed long enough to hail a cab to Ipswich.
Her relationship with Caleb again doesn't have a clear and precise definition... the lines between friendship and romance have seemingly been blurred. (Pogue seems to thing that he is the catalyst behind all of this regardless of what is happening in reality.) Only time will tell if a Son of Ipswich could truly hold her heart. (Of course they'll both deny any form of a label on their relationship.)
It seems that Caleb, in his own way, has turned Sarah back into a social butterfly... what were the odds of that?

The four Clans all lived in peace. There was plentiful prey, good weather, and happiness. Soon, however, darkness shadowed the forest. A mysterious Prophecy was received - Fire alone can save the Clans. But fire cannot help them now. Cats filled with darkness and anger quickly grouped, to form a dark Clan known as SilenceClan. They terrorized the other Clans, and all hope seemed to be lost.
But another group soon came to be formed. TrueClan was a Clan dedicated to balance, respect, equality, and its goal seemed to be to destroy the dark cats of the forest, SilenceClan especially. As SilenceClan terrorized the other Clans, TrueClan gathered numbers and prepared to strike. But something even darker is brewing, and between deception, lies and false alliances, now has become a time to question friends and make new enemies.
Will your cats be the end of the Clans as we know them? Or will your cats triumph over darkness and evil? Can SilenceClan be stopped, or are TrueClan's attempts all in vain?

By the year 2060, 80% of all marriages ended in divorce within the first 5 years. 10% of marriages went beyond 5 years only because the couples resorted to immoral methods to keep the passion alive such as open relationships and swinging parties. Only 10% of marriages lasted until death do you part.
It is the year 2184 and everything has changed. The government decided to take control of marriage. They outlawed divorce and created the marriage draft. They would decide who would marry who and when. They created a system that based matches on personalities and compatibility. There was no love in the equation, just who would best get along. Every individual in the country is on file. They know your secret desires, your likes and dislikes, and your habits. The government is watching you; they know everything about you.
The government has created a patriarchal society where women are little more than property. But with any restricting government figure, there are rebels who push the boundaries. If you are not part of the revolution, you are part of the problem.

We've all started out in the same place, or close enough, right? We are taken home to our new owners, that beautiful, new collar put around our neck, with the tag on it. The tag has our name on it, that phone number to our new home. We have officially been claimed, wanted, loved. We are loved, cared for through our puppy stages. We get the laughs as we do something so completely adorable, then we get pictures taken to remember the moment. And even if we get in trouble for chewing their favorite pair of slippers, they can't stay mad at us, and will cover us in hugs and kisses, telling us they love us and never want to let us go. We feel the true love at that point, the potential to live the rest of our lives in pure bliss and happiness. But not all of us are lucky, are we?
As we start to get older, start to grow into our adult coats and out of the puppy stage, what we do isn't cute anymore. Our owners that once loved us, now find us annoying, constantly in the way, and a useless item. W crave their attention, but they shove us away and say they have no time for us, then they turn their backs and continue to laugh on the phone. Getting fresh food and water becomes a problem as we beg them to at least feed us. The spot on the bed next to the owner we would die for, is suddenly filled up by another puppy or a new human. We all feel lost and completely and utterly confused. So we begin to try harder, try as much as we can to please the one we love and adore so much, but they only find us beyond annoying, and they kick us away or smack our heads to make us run off scared.
And then one day, the can't stand to see us anymore. So they grab us by that collar they bought us, that was once beautiful and brand new, and they drag us out into the backyard. They grab the chain that they have put around the tree for us and clip it to our collar, then they dump our dog food in the dirt, and fill up the old, dirty water bowl. And then they leave us. The sun beats down on us, and because we can feel ourselves wasting away in the heat, we drink the water, some of us even sit in it, just to stay cool. But soon we realize that they aren't coming outside to see us anymore, that they don't care as they go on with their lives, never coming outside to give us the love that we use to drown in. So we cry. Cry till they finally come out to yell at us, throw something at us. Just so we can see their face.
And then we realize they are gone. They have no meaning for us anymore. They don't even care watching us waste away in the backyard. But they don't want the children to ever see this, so we are closed away from looking into the windows because of the curtains, and the children are not allowed to play in their own backyard. The food they gave us all that while ago has been eaten, or is invested with flies. But we are so hungry, we eat it anyway, taking in the dirt and rocks as well. Our stomach growls as we begin to go hungry, our skin being dragged across our bones just to cover them. And then one day, that collar suddenly feels loose. So we tug on it, letting it slip off our neck and fall to the ground. We all look at it. Remember that the now faded, dirty, collar, was once brand new and we were proud to wear it. Now it had become the isolation that forced us to stay here, until our death. And with that, we all turn away, and never look back.
