The Ipswich Covenant has been kept secret and isolated for hundreds of years; but the Ipswich Covenant is not the only covenant of witches. There are covenants of witches all around the world, each keeping secret and hidden away from the mortal world. There is some communication between covenants (or covens, as they are often called), and there is even some intermarriage between the covens, but for the most part they've kept separate to avoid exposure.
Until now.
The Catholic Church has despised and detested witches for all time, believing witches to be the work of the devil. They are a race that must be destroyed. With the inauguration of the new Pope, old knowledge about the various covens around the world has been newly discovered. Texts on the subject had been hidden away in the Vatican library, forgotten by generations of Popes. Now it has been rediscovered, and a modern crusade against witchcraft has been instated, threatening the very existence of witches. And, what may be worse, they are all at risk for exposure.
So, what is the fate of the covenants of witches around the world?

Grounds Hang around on the campus grounds, but don't skip classes! Or, at least, don't get caught!
The Dells A favorite outside party site of Spenser Students. A short drive from campus and nearly remote. That doesn't mean that the cops won't show up. Nothing other than trees, hills and sand but that doesn't stop the parties from continuing.

A rushing stream, native deciduous trees, a rounded knoll, and rising meadows are blended into an arrangement of both formal and informal beauty. Garden features include the fountain pond, pine park, rams head terrace, bowling green, regency bridge, and trellis triptych.
This modest loop climbs through forested trails to the saddle between Mt. Norwottuck (the highest peak of the Holyoke Range) and Long Mountain, reaching two stirring outlooks at Rattlesnake Knob. While you won’t see many rattlers here, the region is rich with cultural and natural history, including a museum of locally found dinosaur footprints. The short drive from I-91 to the trailhead provides stunning views of the Holyoke Range as you go up Bay Road. Pass pastures full of cows and fields full of pumpkins, corn, apples, and Christmas trees. From Rattlesnake Knob, you can hear the cattle mooing when the wind is right.
Lowell Holly’s 135 acres feature stands of a wide variety of holly trees, rhododendrons, and mountain laurel, but the property’s most intriguing feature may be its two peninsular knolls, jutting into Mashpee Pond and Wakeby Pond. Both vantage points offer spectacular views over these large ponds. Mashpee and Wakeby ponds are renowned for their exceptional trout, smallmouth bass, chain pickerel, and bluegill. Four miles of carriage paths and footpaths connect all points of interest, including two small sandy beaches. Activities at the reservation include swimming, fishing, boating, bicycling, birdwatching, hiking, food concessions, restrooms, bathhouses, and wheelchair access. Year-round parking area is free to all.
